Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent, where you'll be empowered to innovate and collaborate with technical experts dedicated to impactful work. Be part of a high-performing team managing complex, critical infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful Station Systems Technician will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting qualified technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Liaising with Telent Service Centre for task updates

Candidate Profile:

This entry-level role suits hands-on individuals who enjoy learning and multitasking. Experience in a similar role or understanding of Network Rail safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Good understanding of O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability for 4 on 4 off 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
