Station Systems Technician Early & Late Shifts (Level 4) United Kingdom (On-site)

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts. Be part of a high-performing team handling complex and critical work that supports the nation's infrastructure.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the successful candidate will perform planned preventative maintenance on CCTV, CIS, PA, SISS (Station Information and Security Systems). The role involves working 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating between Earlies (6am-6pm) and Lates (12pm-12am).

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting technicians with fault rectification on CCTV, PAVA, PHP, and CIS screens
• Attending maintenance tasks
• Maintaining SISS assets and reporting faults
• Using field IT equipment for maintenance data
• Coordinating with Telent Service Centre for tasks and updates

Ideal Candidate:

This entry-level role is suited for hands-on individuals who enjoy multi-tasking and learning. Experience in a similar role or knowledge of Network Rail health & safety procedures is advantageous.

Key Requirements:

• CCTV, IP networking, or electrical background
• Proficiency with O365 and IT awareness
• Problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Availability to work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, alternating Earlies and Lates
