Job summary

AJ Group Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor in London to lead technicians and contractor teams supporting critical facilities. You will oversee planned, reactive and emergency maintenance while coordinating shutdowns and ensuring RAMS, permits to work and statutory compliance are rigorously followed.

Experience in laboratory or medical research environments and familiarity with HTM 03 are essential to ensure safety and reliability of critical services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors.
• Strong mechanical building services and fault-finding expertise.
• Relevant apprenticeship and technical qualification, or equivalent demonstrable experience.

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead technicians and specialist contractors supporting critical facilities.

Experience working in laboratory or medical research environments, plus working knowledge of GxP and HTM 03 (Health Technical Memorandum), is essential.

You'll oversee planned, reactive and emergency maintenance, coordinate shutdowns, manage compliance and ensure critical building services remain safe and operational.
