Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Bristol is seeking an Electrical Lead to oversee all electrical services on site, including critical plants, with 24x7 operational responsibility. The role requires hands-on maintenance, fault finding, and coordination with contractors.

You will manage planned maintenance, ensure safety and compliance, and contribute to reliability across HV networks, UPS, and BMS systems, while supporting a 1/7 on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Formal training in electrical services maintenance.
• HV networks, UPS systems and BMS operation experience required.
• Ability to manage emergency standby generators and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with operation and recovery of critical systems.
• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and update schedules.
• Maintain and operate critical electrical services including HV networks.
