Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Staff Nurse for the Critical Care team. The role rotates across Critical Care and High Dependency Units (HDU) to care for Level 2 and 3 patients, with induction and access to STEPs competencies.

Qualifications

• Essential: NMC Registration.
• Desirable: Diploma in Nursing.
• Evidence of working within a hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the Critical Care and High Dependency Units (HDU).
• Support Senior Sister/Charge Nurse and maintain high standards of cleanliness and patient privacy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care and safe outcomes.
