Job summary

East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Staff Nurse for the Conquest Critical Care unit. The role is Band 5 with rotation shifts of 11.5 hours day and night, in a 6 ITU + 4 HDU + 4 Level 1 Enhanced Care bed setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC pin and UK registration.
• Experience in acute or critical care settings preferred.
• Willingness to work day and night shifts on a rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to critically ill patients as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support patient and family needs with a holistic approach.
• Participate in education and coaching shifts for ongoing development.
• Work with Practice Educator and clinical skills facilitator to meet competencies.
