We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced nurse or AHP with critical care experience to join our Critical Care Outreach Team (CCOT). This role offers opportunities to develop clinical, leadership, and teaching skills, influencing practice and improving outcomes for deteriorating patients across the hospital.
The CCOT team is practitioner-led, supported by the critical care consultant lead. You will work both within the team and independently, identifying patients at risk of deterioration, assessing, intervening, and managing ongoing care. Teaching and education for ward teams, along with quality improvement initiatives for deteriorating patients, are integral parts of this role. There will be opportunities for professional development in clinical and leadership domains.
