Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with current UK registration and valid PIN.
• Experience in critical care or Oncology settings preferred.
• Commitment to patient‑centred, compassionate care.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high‑quality nursing care for critically ill patients.
• Monitor patients requiring respiratory and cardiovascular support and invasive monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and involve patients and families in care planning.
• Support patient transfers, discharge planning and preoperative assessments.
• Participate in night duty rotations and contribute to unit education and development.
