Job summary

Qualifications

• First Level Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Diploma level qualification or higher in nursing.
• Post-registration qualifications in critical care preferred.
• Willing to work towards a Nursing Degree and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing services to agreed quality standards within budget.
• Work with Matron to ensure policy compliance and service delivery.
• Lead in critical care and act as senior sister/charge nurse as required.
• Demonstrate leadership in multidisciplinary teams and patient safety.
