The Role

We are seeking an empathetic, resilient, and proactive Crisis Support Worker to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered crisis interventions to young people as part of a 24/7 support package in a solo provision.

  • Transporting the Young Person- Ensuring the young person is taken to appointments, activities or education as accordingly.
  • Work Collaboratively with Key Stakeholders- Liaise with external professionals (e.g. CAMHS, social workers, emergency services) to ensure coordinated care and appropriate escalation when needed.
