These packages include staffing ratios of 1:1 up to a maximum of 6:1, depending on each young person's individual needs.
Our support services can be based anywhere in the UK, and staff must be flexible with travel. This role is suitable for those who do not have significant commitments at home and can adapt their schedule with flexible working hours.
