Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is hiring a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner for the First Response Services in Chester. The post is full-time within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, offering diverse urgent care and liaison responsibilities.

You will work in a multidisciplinary setting, delivering comprehensive crisis assessments and timely interventions across CRHT, Street Triage, and the Crisis Line.

Qualifications

• Post-qualification experience in mental health settings is desirable.
• Demonstrated ongoing professional development in serious mental illness.
• Registration with appropriate UK professional body.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive crisis assessments in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Deliver interventions and treatments using clinical skills.
• Work within Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service across CRHT, Liaison, Street Triage and related services.
