Job summary

The Grace Network is seeking a Referral and Partnership Coordinator (0.6 WTE) for a two‑year fixed contract funded by Gloucestershire County Council. The role is based in Stroud and requires 22.5 hours per week across four days, with a pro rata salary of £29,000 per annum.

You will build referral partnerships, manage pathways, and ensure access to practical support while recording outcomes and social impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing referral pathways with partners
• Experience working with crisis or vulnerable populations
• Knowledge of social enterprise or VCSE sector is beneficial
• Ability to build trust across diverse groups
• Understanding of local authority or NHS systems becomes an asset

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral partnerships with community organisations and public bodies
• Manage referral pathways and signposting to ensure quick access to support
• Act as the link between Grace Network hubs and external agencies
• Coordinate crisis support including vouchers and essential goods
• Develop and implement a system to apply for, manage and deliver crisis goods
• Track referrals, outcomes and social impact to inform reporting
