Job summary

North Northamptonshire Council is recruiting for a Crisis and Resilience Fund Team Leader to drive delivery of the CRF programme. The role leads a team of CRF Officers, ensuring high-quality supervision, training, and performance monitoring.

The post is fixed-term to December 2027, based in Kettering with hybrid/remote working options and travel across Northamptonshire as required. A strong focus on collaboration and safeguarding our residents is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of managing casework with a person-centred approach.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, colleagues and members of the public.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Strong drive and determination to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the Crisis & Resilience Fund (CRF) programme, ensuring alignment with government guidance.
• Manage and develop a team of CRF Officers, with training and regular supervision.
• Collaborate with the Stronger Communities (Partnership) Manager to continually improve service delivery.
• Oversee performance monitoring and reporting against programme objectives.
