Job Description: Crisis Recovery Support Worker

In this role, you will participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities within a challenging environment. You will maintain effective communication and liaison with Service Users, Families, and others, whilst respecting appropriate confidentiality.

Responsibilities include supporting Service Users with preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, and social events. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate notes and records as required.

Requirements:

• Previous or current experience working with individuals with mental health illnesses is essential.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
