THE ROLE:
This is a rare opportunity to develop your expertise in prosecutions, where you'll play a vital role in delivering justice for victims. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious criminal prosecution matters, providing court advocacy and legal advice on complex and sensitive cases.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of five years. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and confident decision-making abilities. 2 years' prior experience in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions is ideal, along with a genuine enthusiasm for this area of practice.

You will receive comprehensive training during the induction process, mentoring, and on-the-job support to enable a smooth transition into your new role in prosecutions. Additionally, the position offers a competitive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days per week.
