THE ROLE:
This is an opportunity to develop your expertise in prosecutions, where you will provide legal advice and court advocacy on complex and sensitive cases, as well as review, prepare, and present cases in court to assist in securing justice for victims.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are invited from qualified Solicitors and Barristers who hold a valid practising certificate in England and Wales and have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, well-reasoned judgment, and confident decision-making abilities. At least 2 years' PQE in criminal law or regulatory prosecutions is highly desirable, along with a passion for this area of practice.
