Are you passionate about working with people who have challenges with drugs and or alcohol and making a real difference in the lives of people facing some of society's most complex challenges?
As part of the Team at Horizon Blackpool, you will support adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, substance misuse, mental health challenges, domestic abuse, and involvement with the criminal justice system.
Working within a dynamic multi-agency team, you will use trauma-informed and person-centred approaches to help individuals stabilise their circumstances, improve their wellbeing, and achieve positive, sustainable outcomes.

Hours:Full time,37.5 hours per week
Contract:Permanent
Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
