From your first day with us you will be part of a policing family making a real difference. It is our mission to identify and protect vulnerable people, prevent and respond to harm and keep people safe.
The role of a Caseworker entails the maintenance and administration of digital case files, keeping within Surrey Police and national procedures, timescales and legislation. This also includes maintaining police databases and records to store and retrieve information in a timely manner.
This is a central role within our team, and we are seeking enthusiastic individuals to deliver a professional, customer-focused service in support of policing-related casework. The role involves building and maintaining positive, collaborative relationships with police colleagues and criminal justice partners, including the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), and Probation Services. We are looking for motivated individuals who are capable of taking their own initiative to proactively manage cases in the Criminal Justice System to a successful conclusion. In return, working in Surrey Police offers professional satisfaction as well as the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of other people.
