Job summary

Adecco is recruiting a Crime Review Officer to work within the Staffordshire Police Force on a temporary ongoing basis. Based in Stone, you will review historic evidential case files to assess suitability for further investigation, handling sensitive information with professionalism.

You will work full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional driving required to Leek ST13 6QT. Experience in policing or crime review is desirable and PIP 2 accreditation would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in reviewing high volumes of information with accuracy and detail.
• Background in policing or crime review is desirable.
• PIP 2 accreditation would be a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify key issues from complex data.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse historic evidential case files in paper format.
• Identify key points and assess relevance for further review.
• Handle sensitive information, including sexual offences, with professionalism.
