Job summary

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Consultant Psychiatrist to join the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team for West Norfolk, based in Kings Lynn. The role offers leadership in a multidisciplinary setting, managing complex cases and providing supervision across the crisis pathway.

There is a generous recruitment package including a £15,000 starter bonus, up to £12,000 relocation, a £2,000 annual CPD budget, and a holiday of a lifetime leave scheme, with scope for remote

Qualifications

• GMC registration with Licence to practise
• Approved clinician status
• Section 12(2) Approval under the Mental Health Act
• Specialist Register or within 6 months of CCST
• 3 years or equivalent medical experience

Responsibilities

• Lead primarily the west of Norfolk CRHT and base in Kings Lynn
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance and supervision within the crisis pathway
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex cases
• Support a hub-and-spoke model ensuring senior supervision is available
• Look after the working-age population within the West Norfolk locality

Education

GMC registration & Licence to practise

Approved clinician status

Section 12(2) MHA approval

Specialist Register or CCST within 6 months
