Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. In this role you will help prepare food, serve customers at the till or from dining areas, and ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness across the restaurant.

We look for friendly, energetic individuals who can communicate effectively, stay upbeat under pressure and connect with customers to make them feel valued. Training will guide you on safety, hygiene and company guidelines.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
