Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Crew Member to join our Burnley team. You will help prepare food, serve on the till, and assist in dining areas to ensure a fast, accurate, and welcoming experience for every guest.

You’ll follow safety, hygiene, and company guidelines while delivering high levels of service, supporting teammates, and bringing energy and a smile to the restaurant floor. No prior experience required; full training provided with opportunities for progression.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
