Job summary

McDonald’s United Kingdom is seeking a Crew Member to deliver friendly, fast and accurate service to our customers in a busy restaurant environment. You’ll be part of a team that keeps the dining area clean, ensures safety procedures are followed, and helps customers with their needs in a positive, efficient manner.

You’ll rotate between food preparation, serving at the till, and assisting in the dining areas, bringing energy and a genuine smile to every shift.

Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you'll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
