Job summary

McDonald's United Kingdom in Coatbridge is looking for Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You'll be preparing food, serving at the till, and helping in dining areas while upholding quality, service and cleanliness standards.

We value friendly, energetic, and team-oriented people who can work across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings and Overnights. Full training provided, with benefits including holiday pay, awards, meal allowance and employee discounts.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
