Job summary

McDonald's is seeking Crew Members to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. You’ll help prepare food, serve at the till, and assist in dining areas to ensure a great customer experience.

You’ll follow safety and hygiene procedures, work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends, and bring a friendly, can-do attitude to every shift. No prior experience is required; full training provided.

Job description

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Evenings, Late Nights and Overnights . Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect working as a supportive team member.

Friendly, welcoming, courteous and helpful behaviour will come naturally to you and you’ll work well as part of a team. Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
