Acushnet Europe Ltd. is seeking a Crested Goods Administrator in St Ives, Cambridgeshire for a full-time, 18-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on overseeing inventory, managing orders, and ensuring accurate stock records while delivering excellent customer service and collaborating across departments for operational improvements. The ideal candidate will be calm, proactive, with strong organisational and IT skills, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with training

Qualifications

Calm, proactive administrator capable of working on their own initiative and within a team.
Excellent organisational, customer, IT and administrative skills.
Experience working under strict lead times; embroidery industry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee inventory and manage the order process from reports to processing.
Ensure precise stock records and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
Process orders with precision and handle customer enquiries with exceptional service.
Collaborate across departments for operational optimisation and conduct data analysis to drive improvements.
