As Crested Goods Administrator, you'll oversee inventory and manage the order process through its journey from reports and processing, ensuring precise stock records, coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries, process orders with precision, handle customer enquiries with exceptional service, collaborate across departments for operational optimization, and conduct data analysis to drive improvements.

We are looking for someone who has a calm disposition and is comfortable working on their own initiative, but also within the team itself. With excellent organisational, customer, IT and administrative skills, you will also have experience of working within strict lead times. Some experience within the embroidery industry would be advantageous, although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
