The Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt manages the Bank's relationships with institutional investors across the full Debt product spectrum. ICG Debt combines the global capabilities of Deutsche Bank with regional expertise on five continents. You will be supporting the Credit Sales team and be a representative of the London team.

With market shares in nearly every product and region, the success relies on factors such as anticipating the impact of market and regulatory changes to clients’ business, developing the latest E-Commerce, and Clearing platforms, and leveraging the Bank’s product, research, and structuring expertise to offer tailor-made solutions which are customised to meet the specific requirements of each client.

You will regularly interpret business and economic data and assess the implications of both with regards to client requirements.

Your key responsibilities

• Proactively driving sales coverage of Par Loans clients – Collateralised Loan Obligations (CLOs) and Banks
• Interacting with Trading on the credit product suite, leveraging the success of the Leverage Finance primary and secondary franchise to help increase our market share
• Partnering with trading, capital markets, credit analyst teams as well as other sales colleagues within the team and within the product
• Helping with the development of team members

Your skills and experience

• Extensive knowledge of the Fixed Income market and profound skills in Leverage loans, High Yield and Distressed debt
• A strong sense of macroeconomic developments
• Proven track record covering this client segment
• Deep knowledge across this product base
• Entrepreneurial skills to prioritise resources to maximise outcome and value for client
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast paced environment
