Job summary

Harnham is seeking a client-facing analytics specialist in the UK, with opportunities in London, Leeds, or Nottingham. You will blend technical analysis with commercial insight on high-impact credit risk projects.

Develop scorecards, predictive models, and credit strategy solutions, translating complex results into practical recommendations for clients and senior stakeholders across diverse industries.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in credit risk analytics within a commercial environment.
  • Proficient in SQL with Python or SAS; Python preferred.
  • Experience working with credit bureau data for modelling or strategy projects.
  • Track record of scorecard or model development.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Client-facing or consulting background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients on a broad range of analytical and consulting engagements.
  • Develop and deliver scorecards, predictive models, and credit strategy solutions.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present results and project updates to clients, building trusted relationships and influencing decision making.
  • Support organisations in improving lending strategies, risk management, and broader commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to a varied portfolio of projects across multiple industries and business challenges.
  • Work closely with colleagues across analytics, consulting, and commercial functions.
