Job summary

S&P Global Ratings invites applicants for its graduate program in credit analysis. You will work within a multi-disciplinary team across practices, gaining exposure to industry-leading credit research and interaction with the global investor community. The two-year program blends practical work with a relevant qualification such as MBA or CFA.

Fluent English is essential. The role enforces office presence at least two days per week, with opportunities to advance in independent credit

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, completed by August 2027.
A master’s degree or professional certification (such as CFA) is highly valued.
We welcome candidates from traditional finance disciplines and diverse academic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

Build capability in credit, financial data, and tooling by applying feedback quickly and adopting standard ways of working.
Contribute to AI-enabled team productivity with reusable prompts, templates, and lightweight automations.
Support others with attention to detail, issue-spotting, and collaborative ideas in team discussions.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging new tools and fresh perspectives.
