Job summary

S&P Global Ratings offers a 10-week summer internship starting June 2027, providing hands-on exposure to fundamental credit analysis within analytical teams, including ratings committees and management meetings.

Interns will complete a group project, collaborate with peers, and present findings to senior leaders; there is potential consideration for the 2028 CREDit graduate program.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate & Undergraduate students in their penultimate year of study only.
• We welcome candidates from traditional finance disciplines and diverse academic backgrounds that support innovative thinking.
• You must reside in the location of the internship throughout its entire duration.
• You must have the right to work in the country of proposed employment.
• Fluent command of English language is essential, as is fluency in the primary language of the country of application.
• Employees are required to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
• Candidates who reach the final stage of the interview process will be asked to attend at least one in-person interview at their nearest S&P Global Ratings office before an offer can be extended.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in deal execution and analytical projects.
• Build capability by guiding summer intern project teams and presenting findings to senior leaders.
• Perform credit rating analysis and data research under guidance.
• Prepare for rating committees and issuer meetings with clear narratives.
• Ensure confidentiality and governance requirements are followed.
