Job summary

S&P Global Ratings is seeking graduates for its Credit Graduate Program in the UK. You will join a two-year development track, contributing to independent credit opinions while learning through practical work and formal qualifications such as CFA or MBA.

This role involves collaboration across practices and requires a strong grounding in English and analytical thinking. You will work from the office at least two days per week in London and gain exposure to senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required by August 2027; master’s or CFA valued for candidates.
• Open to diverse academic backgrounds with strong storytelling and analytical skills.
• Interest in automation and AI-enabled research with strong validation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with analysts and managers to deliver reliable execution and clear status updates.
• Support and maintain high-quality research and data packs, using automation where appropriate.
• Use approved AI/LLM tools to accelerate research, followed by human validation and evidence capture.
• Support recurring monitoring workflows and data clean-up to ensure consistency.
• Identify data inconsistencies, assess assumptions, and raise risks proactively.
