Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner to join its Complex Recoveries team in Manchester. You will manage your own caseload of litigated recovery claims, with a focus on Credit Hire matters and high-value disputes.

This hybrid role offers three days of home working, a supportive team, opportunities to develop technical expertise, and training for colleagues, all within a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims.
• Strong Credit Hire experience, especially complex matters.
• Able to manage high-value claims independently.
• Solid understanding of liability and quantum.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills.
• Proactive in sharing knowledge and developing colleagues.

Title: Credit Hire Fee Earner

Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 3 Days WFH)

A growing and well-established law firm is looking for an experienced RTA Litigation Fee Earner to join its expanding Complex Recoveries team in Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value litigated recovery claims, with a particular focus on complex Credit Hire matters and the opportunity to develop your technical expertise within a supportive team.

The Role

You’ll manage your own caseload of litigated RTA recovery claims, including complex Credit Hire disputes and claims valued above £10,000.

The work will involve dealing with challenging liability and quantum issues, negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation. You’ll also have the opportunity to share your knowledge, support the development of colleagues and provide training where appropriate.

• Experience handling litigated RTA recovery claims
• Strong Credit Hire experience, particularly complex matters
• Confident managing high-value claims independently
• Good understanding of liability and quantum
• Strong negotiation, drafting and communication skills
