Job summary

Corona Energy is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of corporate, government, and managing agent customers, ensuring timely payments and excellent customer experience.

You will build relationships, handle invoices, produce debt reports, and work across teams to hit collection targets. The role offers a hybrid pattern with Tue–Thu in the office and Mon/Fri at home, plus a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control or Collections role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• Confident using multiple systems, able to learn new platforms quickly.
• Excellent numeracy and attention to detail.
• Good Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Credit Controller to join our team. Working Pattern

In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid pattern, with Tues-Thurs in the office and Monday and Friday at home. Our standard office hours are 0830 1700, Monday to Friday.
