Qualifications

• Organised and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Experience in credit control or sales ledger is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aged debt.
• Allocate and reconcile payments.
• Investigate and resolve account queries.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Support month-end reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with finance and customer service teams.
