Job summary

A leading distributor of small domestic appliances based in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join its finance team. This role involves managing large retail accounts, chasing payments, posting cash to ledgers, and resolving queries in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with credit control processes. Qualifications

• Experience in credit control or similar roles, especially with large accounts.
• Familiarity with multi-currency ledgers including GBP, Euro, and USD.
• Ability to resolve queries in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Chase debts for allocated customers.
• Control orders proactively.
• Post cash to ledger.
• Raise credits and ad hoc invoices.
• Resolve queries effectively.
