Qualifications

  • Able to reconcile complex accounts and problem solve.

As a Credit Controller, you will focus on ensuring that Dimensions is paid in full and on time. You will be part of a team seeking to continually improve the debt collecting process so that there is improvement in KPI's. The role will work in collaboration with colleagues across the wider business and include a transition to new systems.

About the Role
  • Handle all accounting queries in a responsive, customer-focused way - providing a comprehensive first line of information and advice.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
  • Respond to queries from customers, supporting and advising them to follow the correct procedures.
  • Negotiate payment plans and set up terms and conditions.
About You

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of working within Credit Control.
  • The ability to use Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to reconcile complex accounts and problem solve
  • A good understanding of negotiating non-standard payment options
