A leading social care organization in London seeks a Credit Controller to ensure timely payments and improve debt collection processes. You will handle accounting queries and provide customer-focused service. The ideal candidate has experience in Credit Control, is proficient in Microsoft applications, and possesses strong negotiation skills. This role offers up to 35 days of annual leave, a salary advance scheme, and various employee benefits.

As a Credit Controller, you will focus on ensuring that Dimensions is paid in full and on time. You will be part of a team seeking to continually improve the debt collecting process so that there is improvement in KPI's. The role will work in collaboration with colleagues across the wider business and include a transition to new systems.
