Qualifications

• Strong numeracy, literacy, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing ability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interpret and analyse detailed financial reports.
• Insurance or credit control experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts, ensuring timely premium collection.
• Escalate outstanding debt or cash issues for early resolution.
• Review and reconcile broker statements, resolving queries.
• Identify root causes of high query volumes and reduce future issues.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Ensure accurate data capture for MI reporting.
• Analyse processes to highlight concerns and propose improvements.
