About Our Client

My client is a FinTech company offering financing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Understanding of collections and recoveries, including customer contact strategies
• Providing first-class service to resolve issues with non/under-paying merchants
• Managing high-value accounts in arrears across various circumstances
• Handling inbound and outbound calls, and creating email and letter content with care and accuracy
• Building positive relationships with merchants to understand and resolve their circumstances
• Negotiating and implementing solutions considering merchant circumstances and business interests
• Demonstrating strong communication skills, accuracy, and confidence
• Handling challenges with innovation and quick thinking
• Having business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm for helping SMEs; finance industry experience is advantageous
• Accurate data entry across multiple systems

The Successful Candidate

• Fluent in English and German
• Minimum one year of experience in Customer Support, Credit Control, Collections, or Debt Recovery
• Organized and adaptable
• Proficient in Excel
• Knowledge of insolvency processes
• Attention to detail and confidence working with data
• Team-oriented mindset
