Carlsberg Britvic is recruiting a Credit Controller in Leeds to manage ledgers, minimise risk, and maximise sales. You will work with the Credit Manager and the wider team to ensure accounts are paid on terms and to support a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a credit controller in an FMCG business is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Daily credit management of ledgers, ensuring accounts are paid to terms and overdue debt is collected.
• Managing risk by regular phone contact with customers and sales managers.
• Handling customer queries and claims and payment plans, updating relevant spreadsheets.
• Reviewing held orders to manage risk and ensure timelines are met.
• Maintaining accurate master data records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Raising pro-forma invoices for cash with customer orders.
