Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join a busy finance team in Mansfield. You will own cash collection, chase aged debt and work closely with Sales and Customer Service to protect cashflow.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will manage multiple ledgers, resolve queries, review credit terms and support month-end processes.

A minimum of three years in credit control, strong numerical and communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' Credit Control experience.
• Experience handling high-volume ledgers across multiple divisions would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Own cash collection and prioritise aged debt.
• Resolve customer queries and monitor payment performance.
• Carry out detailed account reconciliations and review credit limits/terms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to support KPIs.
• Handle daily invoicing, allocate payments, and raise credit notes.
