Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and sales ledger management.
• Ability to prepare journals and perform data analysis.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage debt collection and maintain customer relations.
• Investigate and resolve customer invoice and payment queries.
• Monitor customer credit limits, payment terms, and conduct regular credit reviews.
• Set up new customer accounts and assess credit risk.
• Maintain, administer, and reconcile the Sales Ledger and General Ledger.
• Record and allocate cash receipts accurately.
• Produce regular, monthly, and ad hoc financial reports.
• Analyse financial data and accounts for management reporting and audit purposes.
• Prepare and post journals, including those outside of credit management activities.
• Support sales and operational teams by providing information on customer payment performance and credit issues.
