TXO is hiring a Credit Controller for AR/AP on a 3 months fixed-term contract, based in Chepstow with hybrid working. You will manage credit control activities across assigned group companies, ensuring timely payments and accurate customer records.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of credit control for the assigned group of companies (AR/AP).
• Proactively contact customers to confirm payment dates and resolve issues to ensure steady cash flow.
• Maintain accurate customer records, review credit limits and terms.
• Perform credit checks on new customers to manage credit risk.
• Prepare periodic cash receipts forecasts and provide ad hoc reports to management.
• Issue customer statements monthly and email invoices promptly; upload invoices to portals.
• Review orders and shipments for onward processing.
• Provide cover for Finance colleagues during absences and high workload.
