Job summary

Sharp Consultancy is working with a Professional Services business based in York, seeking a Credit Controller to join a small finance team reporting to the Finance Manager. The role offers career progression within the team and is based on-site in York.

You will manage the ledger end to end for up to 500 accounts, chase outstanding monies via phone and email, review credit limits, and set up payment plans. You will also produce aged debt reports for senior management and place accounts on stop

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Ability to manage a large ledger up to 500 accounts.
• Proficient in liaising with clients to arrange and monitor payment plans.

Job Duties:

• Management of ledger end to end up to 500 accounts
• Chase outstanding monies owed via phone and email

• Production of aged debt report for senior management
• Putting accounts on stop where required
