Our client is a national financial services organisation seeking collection agents to manage customer communications, assess actions, and evaluate their impacts on customers. Responsibilities include conducting risk-based compliance calls, delivering key insights to business areas, reporting findings with data-backed recommendations, collaborating with various teams to meet standards, and documenting cases accurately for tracking and improvements.
Ideally, you will have previous collections experience and the ability to start effectively. A strong analytical mindset and decisiveness are essential. Excellent interpersonal skills, including engaging with complex stakeholders, presenting, negotiating, and influencing, are key. Financial Services experience, good knowledge of consumer duty, and prior work in an FCA-regulated environment are required.
