Job summary

E&M Talent Partners Ltd is supporting a client in South Leeds by recruiting an experienced Credit Controller for a full-time, office-based role. You will join a skilled Credit Control team led by an experienced Credit Control Manager who values staff development.

You will manage your own ledger, chase debt via电话, email and letters, handle queries and allocate payments. The role requires onboarding new accounts with credit checks, monitoring accounts, and maintaining debtor reports.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in high-volume credit control.
• Experience in onboarding new accounts including credit checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage own ledger with responsibility for all accounts.
• Chase outstanding debt by phone, email and letters.
• Handle customer queries and payments, allocating to accounts.
• Onboard new accounts and perform credit checks.
• Monitor accounts, set limits, put accounts on stop or hold when needed.
• Maintain aged debtor reports and ensure accuracy.

E & M Talent Partners are proudly supporting a key client based in South Leeds who are looking to appoint an experinced Credit Controller on a temp to perm basis.

You will be joining a highly competent, and settled Credit Control team under the stewardship of a vastly experienced Credit Control Manager who takes staff development and mentorship very important.

The responsibilities you will be tasked with performing are traditional Credit Control duties:

• Takes responsibility for your own ledger
• Chase outstanding debt via telephone, email and letter
• Handle queries
• Take payment and allocate to accounts
• Onboarding of new accounts including carrying out credit checks
• Monitor accounts including limits, putting accounts on stop and hold
• Maintain debtor reports inc age of debt

Ideally you will have a minimum of 1yr experience in a high volume Credit Control function and be able to start a new position at short notice.

This is a full time role, 8.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Friday and you are required to be in the office every day (no remote working).
