Franchise Brands plc in Macclesfield is seeking an Experienced Credit Controller to join the Local/Regional Finance Team. You will manage an extensive ledger, ensuring timely cash collection and risk management while working to set SLA/KPIs.

The role is full-time at our Macclesfield Support Centre, offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities within a dynamic, growing group.

Qualifications

• Experienced Credit Controller with track record of recovering debts and maintaining accurate ledgers.
• Experience in a busy office/call centre environment is desirable.
• Proven ability to meet SLA/KPI targets and contribute to cash-flow objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to maximise cash collection.
• Make proactive outreach to customers, resolve queries and reduce debt.
• Maintain strict SLA/KPI targets and produce regular reports for management.

Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.

What does it entail?

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.

This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.
