Job summary

Metro Rod Ltd is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to manage cash collection across a wide range of accounts. Based in Macclesfield, you will handle a high-volume ledger, mitigate financial risk, and work toward achieving company targets within a fast-growing Franchise Brands group.

Applicants should be comfortable with demanding conversations over the phone, have a proactive approach, and solid IT and numeracy skills.

• Experienced Credit Controller
• Ideally experience using Netsuite
• Previous experience within an office/call centre environment
• Driven and keen interest in cash collection and debt reduction
• KPI / results driven

What does it entail?

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.

This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.
