Job summary

Vp plc is recruiting a motivated Credit Controller for our Finance Shared Service Centre in Long Eaton. You will maximise cash collections, manage a designated ledger and build strong customer relationships.

Reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader, you will record queries, assist with reports and debt analysis, and support colleagues. We offer comprehensive benefits including pension, bonus scheme, and flexible learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior credit control experience is beneficial.
• Proficient with Excel including formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong communication skills with confident phone manner.
• Ambitious and eager to learn and develop.
• Good numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Prior credit control experience is beneficial (full training provided)
• Proficiency in Excel, including creating formulas and pivot tables, is desirable
• Strong communication skills, with a confident phone manner

• Good level of numeracy and literacy
